Jade Cup

Warring States to Han, 475 BCE - 9 CE. This is a uniquely crafted jade cup, blending the elegance of ancient Chinese jade artifacts with the dynamic presence of mythical beast motifs.

The cup is carved from celadon-white jade, with natural brownish patina that adds a sense of history and depth. The rim is slightly open with gracefully curved edges, creating an antique yet natural aesthetic. Around the body, a coiled mythical beast is intricately carved, its form vivid and its body winding seamlessly into the cup, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.
