Jade Turtle

Han Dynasty, 206 - 220 CE. The white jade turtle, overall carving is very alive and vivid. The shell on the back is finely carved and has a yellow-colored underside. Since ancient times, tortoises have represented longevity, so the meaning of this jade is very auspicious.
